Ingredients
1/2 cup coconut
1 cup almond meal
1 cup gf steel cut oats
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/2 pinch salt
1/4 cup water
1 tbs olive oil
Optional: cinnamon
Preparation
Preheat oven to 180 degrees
Combine all ingredients
Note: If not wet enough add more maple syrup
Roll into balls and place onto lined tray
Once finished, use a fork to flatten balls
Bake for 25 minutes or until golden
