Healthy GF Anzac Biscuits

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup coconut

  • 1 cup almond meal

  • 1 cup gf steel cut oats

  • 1/2 cup maple syrup

  • 1/2 pinch salt

  • 1/4 cup water

  • 1 tbs olive oil

  • Optional: cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees 

  2. Combine all ingredients 

  3. Note: If not wet enough add more maple syrup

  4. Roll into balls and place onto lined tray

  5. Once finished, use a fork to flatten balls

  6. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden
