Change of mind returns As this is a start-up / small business, we will not be offering change of mind returns. Once you have purchased a product, you will not be able to return it (opened or otherwise). Please ensure you select the correct product before you purchase.

 

Other returns

Although we endeavour to ensure all products are handled with care, there are instances where a product may be damaged in transit. If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please contact us (within 30 days of purchase) at askelizabeth@outlook.com.au to organise a replacement.
