Lost/stolen packages ASK ELIZABETH does not accept responsibility for items that are lost or damaged when being sent out or returned to us. If your parcel is missing, we will work with courier company to try and resolve and locate the parcel.


Please check that your address is correct when ordering, as we cannot accept responsibility or refund if an item has been returned to us due to this issue. We will contact you and ask for correct address to arrange re-delivery if the parcel is returned to us at standard shipping costs.
