Collagen Choc Chip Cookies

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Almond Meal

  • 90g Dark Choc

  • 1 cup Hulled Tahini

  • 1/2 cup Rice Malt Syrup

  • 2 tsp Vanilla Extract

  • 2 scoops Collagen

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven 175 degrees

  2.  Line baking tray

  3.  Chop Chocolate (note you can use cacao nibs, healthy choc, homemade choc)

  4.  Combine all ingredients

  5.  Roll into mini balls and place onto tray

  6.  Use a fork to flatten

  7.  Bake for 15 minutes

  8. Enjoy! 

Note: Store in airtight container for longer shelf life x
